Drama Workshops with denise bertrand

Ms. Bertrand, a Canadian, is a Freelance Drama Educator who has been living and working in Phuket since 2007. Previously she was employed by a variety of private schools,  Art Centers and Govenment Schools in Singapore for from 1999-2007. 

She is a sought after Drama Specialist offering her unique workshops and classes to local and foreign students. She has been a drama consultant and trainer with The Phuket International Academy Day School (PIADS). As well, she runs a Drama Clubs at PIADS;  HeadStart International Phuket School and QSI- Quality International School.

She owned and operated two schools of drama in Canada, for 12 years. She opened her first school of drama at the age of 23  in 1982, in Toronto Ontario, Canada.

She supports the creative process of her students no matter the age. Developing confidence through creative expression has been her passion for many years now.  She conducts courses and workshops in speech and drama; drama for the stage; storytelling; creative movement; poetry appreciation; script writing; to name a few.

She  also directs oriiginal plays that have been developled with her students.  Over  50 children’s plays and performances have creatively been delivered to satisfying family, friends and public audiences over the years.
